Report a bug

This form asks for the things that decide how quickly a problem can be fixed: the exact SideNote Pro environment, what goes wrong, and the steps that make it happen again. It arrives as an email at info@bedinilabs.com, and a reply comes to the address you give. Nothing is stored on this website.

A plain email to info@bedinilabs.com is just as welcome. The form helps you include the details we need to investigate.

The bug report form needs JavaScript, because it runs an anti-spam check before it will send. With JavaScript turned off, email info@bedinilabs.com instead, and include your Windows version and build, what goes wrong, how to reproduce it, and how urgent it is.

Steps that reproduce a problem on a second machine are worth more than any other part of a report. If it only happens sometimes, say how often and what is different when it does.

The report is emailed to info@bedinilabs.com. Nothing is stored on this website, and nothing from your conversations or your machine is attached.

Writing in from the application

Every one of these is also reachable from inside SideNote Pro, under Settings, About. Contact support opens a mail draft addressed here, and Report inappropriate AI content opens one carrying only a subject line. Nothing from your conversation is attached, so you decide what to include.

For hosted API charges, contact that provider. SideNote Pro uses the endpoint and any API key you configure; we have no access to your provider account or its charges. A local model has no API charge.
